CAMP FILM + FEST EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND EVENT RULES AND POLICIES

This page includes terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to each Event attendee (“Attendee,”
“you,” “I,” “me” etc.) who registers or purchases a ticket/credential (“Ticket(s)”) to, or otherwise
attends, the CAMP FILM + FEST to take place in Austin, TX on the dates of April 26-27, 2025 (“Event”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL, AS THEY AFFECT THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF EACH
EVENT ATTENDEE.
Patreon, Inc. (“Patreon”) and Creator Camp, Inc. (“Creator Camp”) (Patreon and Creator Camp
collectively referred to herein as “Organizer,” “us,” “we,” etc.) are producing and organizing the Event.
In exchange for registering for and/or attending the Event, I, on behalf of myself (and my participating
minor child/children, if any), agree to the following:
1. TICKETS. A Ticket is required for entry into the Event. Each Ticket is issued for the sole purpose of
accessing or attending the Event. Organizer assumes no legal, financial, or other liability whatsoever
for any lost or stolen Tickets. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests
and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Patreon. Tickets
may not be transferred or sold to a third party including but not limited to reselling tickets on
secondary sites.
2. TICKET PAYMENTS. The cost (if any) for each Ticket and any additional costs (such processing fees,
taxes, etc.) will be set out during the Event registration process. Unless otherwise stated, all Ticket
prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Tickets can be purchased by any of the payment methods
set out in the Event registration process. I confirm that the card or bank account which is being used
to purchase a Ticket is mine or that I have the authorization of the account holder to use it.
3. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS. If Organizer has to make changes to the Event, for
example to postpone or reschedule it, Organizer will notify the purchaser as soon as possible using
the details provided during the Event registration process. If an Event is postponed or rescheduled,
Organizer will give the option to exchange the Ticket for a Ticket to the rescheduled Event. If
Organizer completely cancels both days of the Event in full, Organizer will provide a full refund,
using the same payment method used to pay for the Ticket. The Event is rain or shine. EXCEPT AS
OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, AND THERE WILL BE NO
TICKET REFUNDS AND/OR TICKET EXCHANGES.
4. NOTICE OF FILMING OR RECORDING. I understand that I may be photographed, filmed, or
otherwise recorded at the Event. I agree that all photographs, audio recordings, and video footage
taken of me (including my likeness and/or identity indicia as contained in and in connection with
such footage and/or materials) while at the Event by or on behalf of Organizer, and any derivative
works, and all results and proceeds thereof and/or related therewith (“Recordings”), hereby is and
shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Organizer worldwide in perpetuity. As the sole owner
of all right, title, and interest (coupled with an interest) in and to the Recordings and all results and
proceeds therefrom or in connection therewith, Organizer has the unconditional, irrevocable right
(without obligation), exercisable by Organizer or by third-parties on Organizer’s behalf or otherwise
authorized by Organizer, to use, make use of, reproduce, transform, publish, display, and exploit,
commercially and otherwise, the Recordings, including, without limitation, for any advertising,
marketing and promotional purposes, in all media, manner, and formats, whether now known or

later developed. I hereby further authorize Organizer to store the Recordings on a database and
transfer the Recordings to third parties for security and marketing purposes. 
5. FURTHER VOLUNTARY APPEARANCE AND MATERIALS RELEASE. Notwithstanding anything to the
contrary: (i) Organizer’s rights to use and make use of the Recordings in any manner is and shall
remain unrestricted; (ii) I hereby agree and understand that my appearance, participation and/or
involvement, of any nature, in any Recordings and in connection with the Event, is voluntary,
royalty-free, fully paid-up, and gratis to Organizer in all respects, and I hereby agree and understand
at no time shall I be entitled to any compensation, further consent or approvals of any kind in
connection with any Recording(s) or the Event in any way, at any time; and (iii) I hereby grant
Organizer the unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use, make use
of, transform, incorporate, and exploit, commercially and otherwise, any and all content, media
and/or materials of any kind and/or nature, that I may provide to Organizer for, during, and/or in
connection with my Event attendance, participation, and/or involvement, in and in connection with
the Recordings, Organizer, and in all media now known or later developed.
6. MY SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS. As between me and Organizer, I retain ownership of any photographs,
text, audio recordings or video footage depicting or relating to the Event that I may create (the
“Event Media”), unless otherwise agreed by me and Organizer. If I post any Event Media to any
social media channel, I hereby grant to Organizer and its affiliates the right to re-post, share,
publish, promote and distribute the Event Media via such social media channel and via websites
associated with Organizer or the Event (including my name, voice and likeness and any other aspects
of my persona as depicted in the Event Media), in perpetuity. I understand that I will not be entitled
to any compensation from Organizer, its affiliates or their respective vendors in connection with the
same. Notwithstanding the terms above, video recording, attempting to video record, or in any way
facilitating the video recording of substantial portions of the Event by me is strictly prohibited.
7. RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR. I represent that I (and any minor children or other people under my
responsibility or control) will act responsibly during my attendance at or participation in the Event in
accordance with all of the Event’s rules, regulations, procedures and standards of conduct set forth
below, including, without limitation, the “Event Rules and Policies” (as updated from time to time)
or otherwise posted at the Event or provided to me in writing (e.g. by email).
8. INSPECTION; SEARCHES. I give permission to Organizer to search my person and belongings prior to
my entry to any in-person Event and at any time while I am at the Event. I agree that if I refuse to
submit to such search or am found to be in possession of dangerous or unsuitable materials (as
determined in Organizer’s sole discretion), I may be refused entry to or removed from the Event.
9. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY. I HEREBY WAIVE, HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE ORGANIZER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND THE OWNERS OR LESSEES OF ANY PREMISES USED FOR
THE EVENT (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, WHETHER
KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, IN LAW OR EQUITY, THAT I EVER HAD OR MAY HAVE, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO MY
ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND ANY RECORDING(S), INCLUDING IN THE CASE OF RELEASED PARTIES’
NEGLIGENCE. I HEREBY FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (I) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE(S) CAN I (OR WILL I ATTEMPT TO)
ENJOIN, HALT, LIMIT, RESTRICT, OR OTHERWISE IMPAIR OR IMPEDE THE EVENT AND ANY RECORDINGS, IN ANY WAY AT ANY TIME, AND
(II) I HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I MAY HAVE TO INJUNCTIVE AND/OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF IN THE EVENT OF A
DISPUTE WITH ORGANIZER (INCLUDING ALL RELEASED PARTIES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EVENT OR ANY RECORDING(S).
10. DISCLAIMER. THE EVENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS EXCLUDED AND
DISCLAIMED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY UNDER THIS CLAUSE ALSO APPLY TO THE
RELEASED PARTIES.

11. INDEMNITY. I WILL INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL LOSSES AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF ANY PERSONAL INJURY,
ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON (OTHER THAN THE RELEASED PARTIES) THAT OCCURS AS A DIRECT OR
INDIRECT RESULT OF MY ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.
12. DISPUTES. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the Event or these Terms will be resolved in
the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California. I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
and venue of the San Francisco courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute. California law,
excluding its conflict of law provisions, govern these Terms, all other Organizer policies, and any
dispute that arises between me and Organizer.
13. MODIFICATIONS. Organizer reserves the right to amend or vary these Terms (and any exhibits or
amendments to these Terms) from time to time by posting such updated terms on the Event
website (campfilmfestival.com).
14. MISCELLANEOUS. These terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between me
and Organizer, supersede all prior agreements, and do not create any partnership, joint venture,
agency, affiliate, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between me and
Organizer, in any manner. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, then that
provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified to make
it enforceable, then it is severed from these terms, and all other provisions remain in force. If either
party fails to enforce a right provided by these terms, then it does not waive the ability to enforce
any rights in the future.
15. PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FOR GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. I represent that I am over the
age of 18 and/or I am the parent or guardian of an Attendee that is under the age of 18 (“Minor”). If
I am a parent entering into these Terms on behalf of a minor: (a) I have the right to consent to these
Terms on behalf of the Minor and myself; (b) I hereby consent to and approve in all respects these
Terms and the minor's execution of these Terms, and agree that both the minor and I shall be bound
by these Terms; and (c) I, on behalf of myself and the Minor, release and hold harmless the Released
Parties from any and all liabilities incident to the Minor’s experience at the Event, as provided in
these Terms, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY. I must and will always keep strictly confidential any and all non-public and/or
proprietary information that I access, learn, or obtain from Organizer.
17. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY. Upon purchasing a Ticket through Creator Camp’s third-party
ticketing website, you acknowledge and agree that the privacy and data collection policies of such
third-party ticketing website are located on such website, and Organizer has no obligations or
liability whatsoever with respect to such third-party’s privacy policies or data collection practices. In
order to purchase a Ticket(s), you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to provide
personal information to Creator Camp’s third-party ticketing website such as, but not limited to,
name, email address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, financial
information, age verification and/or country of residence (collectively, the “Personal Information”).
You acknowledge and agree that Organizer may collect, store, and use the Personal Information for
legitimate business purposes, such as, but not limited to, processing your payment, fulfilling your
order, updating you with order status, responding to customer service requests, and providing
updated information to you with respect to the Event. Additionally, if you agree, Organizer may use
your Personal Information for marketing, advertising, and other promotional and commercial
purposes. Further, Patreon may collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with its
Privacy Policy, as specified on purchase of Ticket(s).

EVENT RULES AND POLICIES

1. Code of Conduct
● We encourage:
○ Kind and respectful participation.
■ Simply put, treat others the way you'd like to be treated. We welcome
discussion and candor – but please be constructive and thoughtful.

○ Contributing to a learning environment.
■ Be curious. Ask questions, engage with other Attendees, and help us create a
safe space for learning.

○ Abiding by the rules and instruction set by the Organizer.
■ We're here to put on an incredible experience for you. Following our rules,
policies, and instructions will make it easier for us to do that!

● We do not allow
○ Harassment of any kind.
■ We do not tolerate harassment of Organizer or Attendees in any form. Anyone
violating these rules may be warned and/or removed from the Event in
Organizer’s sole, absolute discretion.
○ Frequent and purposeful disruptions.
■ We want all Attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience, so all
Attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to others.

○ Harmful or offensive language or statements.
■ We reserve the right to remove any content or Attendee that violates our Code
of Conduct.
2. Admission & Ticketing.
● Attendees must have a valid Ticket to enter.
● For events that are open to Minors, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
Attendee.
● We reserve the right, at all times, in our sole discretion, to expel, or prohibit guest access to the
Event for any reason, including (i) the termination of all general public access to the Event
venue during the time guests are otherwise scheduled to have access; (ii) to comply with
applicable law or requests from law enforcement; (iii) if you act in a way which is likely to cause,
or causes, disruption to the Event; (iv) if we become aware, or reasonably suspect, that your
Ticket purchase is fraudulent; (v) for security reasons; or (vi) any violation of the Terms,
including these Event Rules and Policies.
3. Access for Individuals with Disabilities. Individuals who require, or anticipate a need for, assistance
or reasonable accommodation for a disability should contact Organizer on-site staff and/or are
encouraged to email help@campfilmfestival.com in advance of the Event.
4. Permitted Areas and Safety. You must remain within permitted areas as designated by Organizer or
the Event staff members. You must follow any instructions given by Organizer or staff members. All
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of any accompanying children.
5. CCTV, Security Recordings, and Personal Data. Organizer may use closed circuit television (CCTV)
and other audio and visual recordings at the Event for security reasons. By attending the Event, you

agree that Organizer may use such images and recordings for the purposes of maintaining and
investigating safety and security at the Event and within its vicinity.
6. Prohibited Items. Organizer and each Event venue has the exclusive right to determine what items
may be brought into the Event venues. Organizer may refuse entry or remove Attendees from the
Event venues if an Attendee attempts to bring or has brought a prohibited item into the Event. The
following items are prohibited (this list may be updated in sole discretion of Organizer and Event
venues):
● Dangerous Materials (including but not limited to): Weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass
bottles, flammable liquids.
● Large Items (including but not limited to): Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, or large
photographic equipment. In addition, large bags and suitcases are prohibited without the
express written consent of Organizer.
● No Food and Drink. Food and drink (other than water bottles) are not permitted in the Event
under any circumstances unless Organizer communicates otherwise to Attendees.
● No Pets or Animals. All pets or animals are expressly prohibited at the Event, with the
exception ofservice animals.

7. Guest Conduct.
● No Smoking. Smoking of any kind (including the use of e-cigarettes) is at all times strictly
prohibited at the Event.
● Guest Photography and Video. Guests may take personal photographs and personal video at
the Event solely for their private, personal, and noncommercial use. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, guests may not record, livestream or otherwise capture the Event or any sessions
included therein in full (i.e. guests may capture short clips of the Event and Event sessions).
Guests may not publish, sell, reproduce, transfer, distribute, or otherwise commercially
exploit videos and photographs from the Event except as expressly permitted in the Terms.
Organizer must approve the creation of any commercial media, commercial photography, or
commercial video in advance in writing. Inquiries regarding commercial media or commercial
photography may be directed to help@campfilmfestival.com.
● No signs, banners, or totems are permitted.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO OR ATTENDING THE EVENT, I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS,
INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES.
